  1. We follow a strict No Exchange, No Refund Policy. 
  1. Colours in the images shown on our website may appear different than in actuality and we are not liable for the same. 
  1. We do not provide any kind of guarantee in case of wear-and-tear of our products. Material like leather/faux leather must be kept in a cool and dry environment, away from excessive heat. 
  1. Any customised order is brought into production only after we have received 50% advance payment. 
  1. Customised order cannot be cancelled once it is in production stage. 
  1. We do not warrant that the product descriptions or other content is accurate on the website, and shall be counted as a human error.
